In a market saturated with competitors offering products at a fraction of the cost and quality, SureFire needed a way to communicate their value and what sets them apart to brick-and-mortar dealers, so they could effectively speak to the value of SureFire products when engaging with customers. After an extensive discovery, we launched Invictus, a loyalty rewards program, aimed to educate brick-and-mortar associates through a custom online learning experience. By completing a series of training modules, sales associates could work their way up the ranks to become SureFire experts. An additional mobile app allowed associates to record and manage sales of SureFire products to accrue points, redeemable for SureFire swag and products.
