Relias, a leader in healthcare LMS software, got to a point where business acquisitions had outpaced their brand, such that their family of brands lacked a cohesive strategy, overarching brand structure, hierarchy, and visual language. Our team was tasked with clearly defining the Relias brand and all its subordinate brands, not only creating a brand map to accommodate the current family of brands, but to design a system under which new brands could easily be incorporated in the future.

Through key stakeholder interviews and in person workshops, we set the foundation of a comprehensive design matrix upon which we based future branding, positioning, and visual identity explorations. At the center were the end users, Relias’ heroes — Nurses, Physicians, Allied Health Professionals. We developed each brand group with unique identity kits, brand guides and a comprehensive plan for implementation and future acquisitions.
